腱鞘炎的疼痛缓解措施有哪些

1定时运动

每天运动及松弛所有酸痛肌肉是很重要的,即使你未感觉疼痛.每天至少应练习4次.

2.服用止痛药

服用非类固醇的消炎药,例如阿司匹林及ibuProfen,以消炎止痛.但勿使用扑热息痛,此消炎药适用于头痛.

3冰敷

冰敷可消肿.切勿以热敷袋敷手腕,以免扩大发肿部位.

4握拳练习

轻轻握起拳头,然后张开,将手指伸直.如此反复练习有助于纾解刺痛.

5.避免手臂下垂

睡觉时,保持手臂靠近身体,且手腕不弯曲.假使让手垂在床边,将增加手的压力.

6将手抬高

当你休息时,避免使手低于肩膀.以桌面支撑手肘,或将手肘靠在椅把上.保持手朝上.这是有益的休息姿势.

7小心使用工具

使用工具时,勿将压力集中于手腕基部.尽量使用手肘及肩膀.

8药酒敷搽患处

用地鳖虫50克,京半夏35克,红花15克,全蝎10克,研成细粉,加米酒浸泡2周,外搽患处,以局部发热为度,可以活血消肿.

9.营养素

维生素B6

10.多食蔬菜

多食蔬菜,如油菜、青菜、芹菜等,多食富含蛋白质及钙质食物和瘦肉、鸡肉、蛋、豆浆等.

11多食水果

可以吃一些桔子、苹果、生梨、山楂等,以补充维生素和均衡营养.
